MS. TAMMY AND MS CASSY AND MS JENNIFER the three queens holding it all together as well as the entire early-morning shift staff at Huddle House in Sylacauga reminded me how much great customer service still matters. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food was exactly what you hope for when starting your day. You won’t leave here with anything less than a full stomach and a smile. I’m genuinely thankful I stopped in, because they completely started my day off right. Very clean and pleasant dinner to enjoy some good ole breakfast this morning! I had the ham and cheese omelette with hash browns and grits and boy ole boy it was so delicious!! ... Great atmosphere. Kind waitresses.. very happy to be at work and wait on us.
Tammie is the BEST waitress ever!!! My food was great! If you are in Sylacauga, stop in & visit, you'll be happy you did. Brittany, the new manager, is really turning it all around for the good & it shows.
Friendly, fairly quick service. The menu has a good variety. I had the country fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans. Country fried steak was big and good. The green beans were really good, but just a small bowl. Likewise the mashed potatoes was also a small, ice cream scoop, but decent.
Came in sat down within minutes order was taken. Tammy my waitress kept my coffee hot and the food great. I'll do my best to stop by again one day. Great staff also
Me and the family had a reunion this past weekend and decided to dine at our local huddle house. The staff there are absolutely amazing, courteous, welcoming, and just plain pure joy. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and treated my family from up north with a rave dose of our southern hospitality. Thank you all at this location, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!!!
Me and my family had a great dinner at this location. Our server was an absolute delight. She was quick, accurate, and very friendly. They are welcoming, attentive, punctual, and treat you as they appreciate you being a customer. They are very kid friendly and make sure your have the best meal and experience Everytime.
I've passed huddle house restaurants for years, but this was the first time stopping to eat at one. I was very surprised that the food was really good, very big portions, and far better in quality than waffle house. Shame on me for not trying one sooner, but I'll definitely visit a huddle house again!
